We are looking for a driven marketing & sales manager who can manage our pipeline with little intervention from founders

You will have complete ownership over our marketing & sales process, with head room for experimentation.

About Ivies Chase You
Ivies Chase You is India’s first student brand-building firm, working with over 30,000 high-school students in India and the Middle East

Our services are in the Education space, as we offer courses, one-to-one mentorship as well as a tech-enabled platform for students to looking to study at top universities abroad

We are growing revenues at 2-3x per year, and are looking for a manager who can support and extend our growth rate.

Important: Required Qualification
We are ONLY looking to hire candidates with experience in foreign education consultancy

Our primary markets are the US, UK and Canada – we don’t partner with universities for commission based admission, and most of our students target top, name-brand universities

Familiarity with the common application, UCAS, top colleges, extracurricular profile building, IB/IGCSE curriculum and SAT/ACT is essential

Additionally, we have recently founded a subsidiary that looks at one-on-one tutoring for students appearing for the JEE – this is done through a tech enabled platform (https://alumniprep.com) where we connect JEE aspirants with top IITians

If you have experience marketing to JEE students, that would be a plus but is not necessary.

Responsibilities
As indicated, you will own the marketing and sales pipeline

This would include:
Marketing responsibilities
Creating advertisements for FB/Insta marketing

Graphic design skills in Canva or other similar tools is important.
Sending email newsletters – schedule can be decided.
Working with influencers/media to improve publicity of our brand.
Developing new marketing strategies beyond what we currently have.

Sales responsibilities
Sorting through leads and identifying high value targets
Reaching out to targets via email/WhatsApp
Having cold calls with targets who have enquired for details but not responded
Contacting parents & students who registered for our session but missed it

As you can see, you will be involved with multiple steps of the marketing funnel

Compensation for sales will include an incentive bonus as well.

Qualifications
Strong English skills – this is VERY critical

Our clients are generally from top schools and wealthy backgrounds

Polish in advertising materials and calls is critical to success.
Graphic design skills like Canva to create ads.
Experience working with FB ads.
Hindi is a good-to-have but not necessary.
