Job Description
– Provide Career Counseling & Development sessions for high School students & teachers
– Visit Schools : Conduct training, Workshops, Presentations & Events to develop career planning & employability skills for students, teachers, partner counsellors
– Analyze the assessment report and interpret to the students and parents
– Research and analyze current employment trends and key skills required in various industries and the courses
– Develop career services programs that help students in exploring & plan career options
– Have positive relationships with administrators, co-workers to achieve desired goals
– Conduct career awareness events and job fairs for students
– Execute outreach programs to promote career services among students and teachers
– Maintain a database of student reports and records as per internal policy
