Candidate should have 5+ yrs Experiene as a Hair Technician/Educator/Trainer/Educator in a well established Organization, Salon, Beauty Center or Academy.

• Salary : 5 – 6 LPA CTC
• Qualification : Any Degree/Diploma/Course in Hair Care or Hair Treatment

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Able to deliver training session and workshops to convey all the technical information of our hair care brands.
• Extend Rigorous Training & Demos to Salon.
• Perform regular in-salon training
• Plan the Calendar as per the availability of the Demo Dates.
• Must be able to Upskill Product, Processes & Technical Skills.
• To manage the training budget effectively.
• Prepare training pession plans presentations.
• Excellent knowledge of products, techniques & technologies
• Provide consistent feedback and coaching

SHOULD HAVE:

• Hands on experience as Hair Stylist & Hair Trainer.
• Hands on experience in Coloring Techniques
• Hands on experience in Hair Treatment such as (Keratin, Cysteine, Botox, Rebonding, Smoothing, Protein Treatments, Chemical Treatments etc)
