Role: School Manager
Function: LEAD Managed Schools
Department: LEAD Managed Schools
Location: Akkalkot

Purpose of the Job:
School manager is an inhouse resource for every managed school. Any individual who is
willing to understand the school operations, wanting to be innovative and build his / her
career in fast growing EdTech industry would be an ideal candidate
Principal Accountabilities:
➢ Understanding School operations and managing day to day administrative activities in
school.
➢ Creating local admission plans, executing central admission drive activities and
having efficient admission conversions with enquiries.
➢ Planning the marketing and brand building activities for the school.
➢ Planning regular parent communications and driving parent delight
➢ Managing the school social media profiles and planning digital marketing activities
➢ Planning and implementing fee collection actions and following them with the help of
school staff.
Work Qualifications:
Must:
. Graduate with 3-4 years’ experience or MBA with 1 year experience
Should:
. Excellent Communication & Presentations.
. Willingness to learn and being proactive in planning
Nice:
. School Admin or Marketing work experience
