Skills you should possess:

• Approx. 4 – 5 years of work experience in Training (Quality experience will also be required but major will be training i.e. Sales / Soft Skills / Process / Product)
• Excellent communication skills (multi lingual including English and regional languages)
• Good command over PPT & Excel skills (MS Office)
• Team Management experience will be preferred
• Should be a certified training professional (preferably from a renowned training academy / institute)
