* Counselling students for MBA/PGDM
* Must be good in follow-ups
* Generating walk-ins
* Working on walking conversions.
* Responsible for student applicant conversions.
* Updating of everyday work in the CRM.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidate with strong communication Skills
- Team lead in the past would be an added advantage
- Fair and pleasant personality
- Should be sales oriented.
- Should be highly motivated and result-orientated towards the work.
- Interact with leads for the purpose of converting leads into confirmed admission
- Maintain a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre and post-sales processes
- Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the department head
