The NEST School is looking for a Middle Year Cambridge Coordinator. Given below is the detailed Job description.

Job Description:

• Lead, Guide, the learning community in consonance with the overall School Vision.
• Liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers and administration. 
• Carry out the required actions for Affiliation with the CAIE Board and interact with the board as necessary.
• Manage and develop the Cambridge curriculum from stage 7, stage 8, stage 9 and IGCSE to ensure a creative learning environment. Overseeing curriculum review and facilitating seamless curriculum development across the whole school.
• Plan an interactive and engaging Pedagogy for the lower secondary facilitators. Collect and distribute resources and tools for the same.
• Assess professional needs and lead professional development sessions for facilitators with continuous innovation in the teaching-learning process.
• Assist in developing and using assessment results to lead curriculum review and development and ensuring that these results are used, where appropriate, in reflection on teaching practice.
• Design and administer Cambridge Exams of (checkpoints stage 9) and IGCSE and handle all activities related to this.

Minimum Requirement:

• Masters in any subject taught in CAIE LS/IGCSE
• Atleast 7+ years of experience in teaching the Cambridge curriculum is mandatory
• 3 years experience in a similar position is desirable
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a range of stakeholders
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• An understanding of multiple IT systems
