Designation Manager – Counselling & Admissions

Scope of Work

1. Provide information to prospective students and their parents about the university and its enrolment policies. Meet the enrolment goals for the university.

2. Develop and build value based relationship with parents through personal interaction

3. Counselling and Guiding new parents through the entire admissions process – right from course selection to fee payment

4. Create attractive & meaningful presentations to be delivered at the campus.

5. Conduct presentations in the University & support counsellors in mobilizing visitors with the intent to convert visits into admissions

6. In-charge of counselling process so as to achieve student enrolment target through this channel

7. Provide university campus guided tours to visiting parents and prospective students

8. Guided tours to the parents to glance through the student accommodation

9. Ensuring parent & student delight throughout the process

10. Execute campus based events to attract maximum students

11. Create curiosity in students to learn more and keep them engaged & charged up throughout the event

12. Offer assistance to the team with operational support during execution of events / seminars

13. Support the counsellor in taking all calls and maintain records in admission season

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
