What You’ll Do

• Deliver new hire training and product training programs.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Training Dept.
• Evaluate the performance of agents using tools such as assessments and observations and provide recommendations under the guidance of the trainer.
• Take calls and act as roaming supervisors during All-Hands situations.
• Set up and maintain training facilities and related training materials.
• Train all aspects of the program for new hires and refresher training for tenured employees.
• Provide one-on-one coaching in training to ensure exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience in the relevant industry and more than 3 years of expierence as a trainer.
• Advanced research skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Adaptability skills.
• Content authoring tool.
• Video editing software.
• Organizational skills.
