Roles and Responsibilities

• Any Graduate with minimum 1year experience in handling BPO Training (Process) Process for reputed BPO companies
• Knowledge on Banking would be an Added Advantage / Preferable
• The candidate must be fluent in English with (Telugu or Kannada or Tamil)
• The candidate must have thorough understanding of BPO Training process, Modules and training methodology.
• The candidate should be well versed with Training Techniques and provide Training on Batch wise
• Fish Bone
• The Candidate should be able to handle 20 – 30 Trainee batches
• The candidate should be able to independently improve the Training performance
• The candidate must be good in PPT and Excel
