The school addresses to alleviate some 21st-century concerns of parents and students seeking career-oriented preparation right from class 4 to 12 along with their general schooling from recognised education boards.

Responsibilities:

• Review prospective student applications for school admission
• Explain products and services of the school
• Follow-up with parents and pitch to conclude on Admissions
• Work on Admission targets
• Create profiles for each applicant and work collaborative with other counselors to review make final approvals
• Application processing after the fee payment
• Take students and parents on school tour and show the infrastructure and aminitites of the school
• Documenting student records post admissions
• Rotational Shift

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven experience working with and speaking to young adults
• Ability to work extended hours during critical admissions seasons
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information effectively and persuasively
• Highly organized with a distinct propensity for timeliness and professionalism
• An Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in any related field may be preferred
• Must have 4 to 5 experience in school counselling
• Should know to speak Kannada, English, Hindi & Telugu
• Should be willing to relocate
