About This Role

This is a global support role that requires you to coordinate with team members based in various regions from the Delhi office. As a University Engagement Operations Associate, you will be part of the central operations team covering the global operations of the company for our university clients. You will be reporting to the team’s University Engagement Operations Manager.


What You Will Be Doing:


What You Will Execute On A Day To Day Basis:

  • Manage the onboarding process of new clients.
  • Keep the university CRM up to date at all times with relevant results and status information.
  • Support the smooth running of the Central Operations team.
  • Build reports to track data on revenue, commission structure, and acceptances by region and circulate them for the attention of the relevant internal teams, to support their prioritisation of follow up activities.
  • Manage and support client reporting operations across all regions.
  • Work closely with University Engagement Managers to fulfil deliverables for clients.
  • Support Client Experience team to consistently deliver excellent customer service.

What You Will Lead, Strategize & Develop On A Regular Basis:

  • You will work strategically with the cross functional teams to streamline data requirements.
  • Engage in process improvement that would improve our client experience.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.

Experience

  • Has experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology.

Skills

  • Flexibility with regards to working times given the global nature of the team and clients.
  • An understanding of the higher education landscape.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organisational, data management, and presentation skills.
  • Can handle and deliver multiple priorities at the same time.

You’re A Notch Above If You Have (Great To Have)

  • Experience working in an international team.
  • Salesforce and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • EdTech experience would be a big plus, especially understanding and working knowledge of the higher-ed industry.
  • Adaptable and flexible to changes in goals and priorities.
