JOB DESCRIPTION
The System Support Executive role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization.
The specific duties of a System support Executive include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring leads and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.
KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Monitoring, scheduling, overseeing lead catering load for all the BDE’s.
– Leading the team by bringing in maximum efficiency in performance with thorough monitoring of the entire team.
– Monitor overall functioning of the team and central contact center for all its operations and coordinate with Team Leaders regarding the analysis of the same and the required implementations based on it.
– Monitoring, scheduling, overseeing convex process & operations.-
– Managing all the portals in terms of the development, working & operations.
– Sharing regular reports & analytics for all the operations.
– Assisting Pan India Offices for technical support and monitoring the system usage.
– Work under this role will not be limited to regular office hours and working days.
– Any other tasks & responsibilities assigned by Management.

Person Specification:
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
– Leadership ability.
– Outstanding organizational skills
Educational Qualification: Graduate or more.
Salary offered: As per company norms.
Applicants with relevant work experience support domain would be given priority.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
