Roles and Responsibilities

Counsel students on Vidyalankar’s courses offerings and convert inquiries to enrollments.

Responsible for college and school tie ups for lead generation.

Conducting seminars and test at school and colleges.

Should be able to handle a team of counselors and train them.

Activities after enrollments and arrears checking, to ensure 0 arrears.

Suggest new and innovative ways to increase enrollments.

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should be good in english speaking.

Should be comfortable for flexible shift timings.

Must be able to maintain a good rapport with parent/student.
