Education Counsellor

Einstro Academy is looking for an experienced Student Counsellor / Education Counsellor / Sales Executive full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Handling admission related responsibilities, guiding students to select the relevant academic program.

• Convert Enquires into admissions.

• Co-ordinating Business Development as well as generation activities.

• To network with Institutions and target market.

• To establish and maintain the company’s presence in target markets, including top schools, colleges, tuition centers, other educational centers, associations, clubs, industry associations etc.

• Keeping track of Daily Enquiries, Handling admission related responsibilities.

• Guide Students & Parents one on one in selection of courses, admission process.

Required Skills:

• Prior experience in Education Counselling, Sales, Business Development Preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and convincing powers can also apply.

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.

• A good listener with ability to respond effectively to doubts & queries.

• Data Research Skills, MIS Management experience.

• Able to teach all age students and should be polite with customer service skills.

• A Tech-Savvy or a digital expert comfortable using online tools.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and presentation.
