  • Preparing students for Industry Readiness
  • Accomplishing training programs on Employment Enhancement skills
  • Develop the best learning process using a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s
    best practices
  • Imbibe Professionalism, Behavioral aspects and awareness as per Industry expectations
  • Align the aspirations of the students with the needs of the Industry
  • Customer Value creation for Industry and students
  • Attention to both Individual students and groups
  • Leveraging Networking, Collaboration and Partnership with Industry
  • Promote Career Counselling by organizing Guidance lectures by Senior Corporate Personnel
  • Regular interaction with the industry through Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences,
    Corporate meets etc.
  • Building a learning organization that produce high quality candidates for the industry
  • Engage Corporate and Industry participation in terms of Internships, Projects which facilitate
    Campus Recruitment
  • Impart Best practices and learning from experiences
  • Building strong alliances with Corporates & Educational Institutes
  • Forming support system for effective & efficient placement coordination team.
  • Design and printing of the Placement of the brochure
  • Developing the electronic copy (PDF version of the Placement Brochure)
  • Interaction with potential recruiters
  • Conducting recruitment survey (s) during the Summer Internship
  • Placement Presentation (s) at various Companies
  • Organizing resume Writing/GD/Interviews skills development sessions
  • Developing and maintaining student resume books
  • Allocation of companies to student groups
  • Coordinating all the activities related to Placement
  • Monitoring the progress of Placement activities at regular intervals
  • Design and Printing of Placement Brochure Soft copy as well as Hard copy
