Roles and Responsibilities

1. Making Outbound Calls on the leads provided & Attending to Incoming calls
2. Responsible for converting Telephonic Enquiries into admissions
3. Achieving business targets through effective counseling, as per timelines
4. Regularly follow up for lead generations through Tele-calling
5. Counseling parents and students and informing them about B.Sc Forensic Science & MBA
6. Maintaining the record of the conversation in the CRM.
7. Develop innovative communication strategies and enrolment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.
8. Handling End to End admission process of B.Sc Forensic Science & MBA and facilitating the entire enrollment process.
9. Resolving queries of students and their parents related to the course, Institute, and admission process.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience in student admission counseling
2. Self-motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in excel
3. Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
4. Good Verbal communication skills.
5. Languages to be Known: English, Hindi ,Telugu, Kannada Must
6. Should be able to work on CRM / Lead management.
