Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling Dealers Network – visiting them regularly and coaching them / imparting on-job training;
• To make action plan for gap areas and to discuss with DP/Business Head;
• Circulating Timely Visit Report and Review Mails to Dealers;
• To engage with Dealer Team to achieve the Monthly KPIs of Customer Care.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Engineering Graduate / Diploma ( BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mech/Automobile ) with good presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills (Written & Verbal) – English & Hindi
• Good understanding & past exprience in dealer network management in any OEM or Automobile industry
• Knowledge in Dealership Operation and Customer Oriented performance. Focused to drive result in Network.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years experience in Coaching / On-Job training in 4 wheeler or 2 wheeler industry

a must (in Sales or After Sales)
