Duties of the role-holder will be:

• Should be able to Counsel Students and Increase sales for Canada/UK/USA/AUS
• Describe different visa application processes, benefits and special offers to clients.
• Identify the correct prospect according to the eligibility standards & convert into a sale.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Regular follow up on enquiries received.
• Identify, resolve queries & handling objections of clients.
• Maximum achievement of goals and service levels.
• Effective pipeline management.
• Able to achieve a monthly target.
• Any added responsibility assigned by Superiors to enhance more ability.
• Counselling the students as per their eligibility and requirement
• Calling on various leads database to generate and convert
• Attend telephonic queries and convert telephonic queries in walk-ins
• Handling client interactions
• The role-holder will represent Student Connect to prospective students, parents and organisations and works to increase inquiries and convert applications into enrolled students.
• You will join a dynamic team and will be responsible for converting enquiries from students who are interested in studying abroad specially from Indian national.
• You will use the superior customer service skills and professionalism throughout daily interactions and communications with students including interviews, phone calls, emails and information sessions.
