• As a student counsellor will have to first understand the student’s profile and requirements and then provide them with suitable programs.
• Will help the students find the best universities according to their individual needs.
• Lodge an online/manual application for the universities for the students.
• Keep a track of the application and give regular updates to the student.
• Maintain a daily status report of the students.
• Working on specific targets and at the same time, earning lucrative income in the form of salary, bonus, and incentives.
• Taking initiative and efforts to build a professional work environment, ensure deadlines are met, and the students/ associate have a positive experience during the entire admission process.
• Will guide the students through the entire visa process

• Relevant Bachelors/ Master’s degree and/or formal counselling qualification, combined with substantial relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated high-level interpersonal and oral communication skills, with an ability to consult, counsel and liaise with a wide range of people.
• Excellent computer literacy, including advanced competencies in using Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, and student records software.
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise and a willingness to be flexible in undertaking administrative duties.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all administrative activities.
• Self-disciplined and independently driven but able to work effectively in a team environment with shared goals.
• Willingness to embrace change within a dynamic environment of systems, processes, and personnel responsibilities.
