About us: We are a Chicago based Education-Technology Company with offices in North America and India, directly and indirectly representing 1500 colleges and universities across the world. We provide very high quality and end-to-end services in International Student Admissions, Testing, College Admissions, Internships, University Consulting, and enrollments using technology, skillful resources, and strong support networks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proficient with the application process for the US, Canada, UK and Australia.
- Develop individual student profiles and advice around career choices and post-secondary placements abroad.
- Proficient in assisting students related to post-secondary applications, resume writing, profile building, standardized tests, English proficiency tests, interview skills, LOR and essays.
- Be familiar with scholarship opportunities nationally and internationally and support students in applying for scholarships.
- Provide individual post-secondary placement counselling for students from 9 to 12
- Carry out detailed planning sessions with students to provide them with a thorough review of documents, university requirements, essays preparation, and overall execution.
- Collect documentation and process applications at speed; Review and organize document checklists for students applying to higher education markets and ensure comprehensive due diligence to build robust profiles for acceptance purposes.
- Maintain and share accurate study databases.
- Assist with student billing for study programs.
- Collaborate and communicate with overseas counterparts and partner institutions regarding outbound student applicants.
- Advise and participate in events for Kenilworth, such as campus visits, annual study abroad fairs, and pre-orientations for study abroad students.
- Carryout research to enhance the service offering of Kenilworth • Maintain the web-based information associated with study programmes.
- Represent Kenilworth at college-wide events, as well as at professional conferences and events.

- Knowledge of general trends, economic drivers & policies across the overseas education sector
Additional Skills, Competencies & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience out of which 1 year in Education Industry is a Must

- Employment type: Full-time
- Working days: Mon – Friday, first & third Saturdays working Weekly off: Sunday
- Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST Salary: INR 5-10 LPA + incentives
