We are looking for a HOD – Career Counselling, with good experience in counselling the students in terms of career guidance. Should be qualified Ph.D in Psychology

• Able to conduct group counselling and one to one counselling
• Able to make career assessments batteries
• Having good knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Care and Education department.
• Having knowledge on Govt. educational projects
• Having good experience in education department
• Good communication skills & convincing skills.

• Able to handle and co-ordinate school, college and government projects
• Able to make presentations and proposals
• Able to travel PAN India for the meetings and events
• Work with school administrations and students to develop skills, such as organizational and time management abilities and effective study habits.
• Self-driven, confident and committed.
• Counselling the students as per their requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kandanchavadi, OMR, Chennai – 600096, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• total work: 5 years (Preferred)
• Career counseling: 3 years (Preferred)
