Roles and Responsibilities:

• Counseling the students on call, regarding courses and their benefits of upcoming colleges.
• Influencing them to enroll and guide them to the right-center in their respective city.
• Handling calls and solving queries of the prospective students
• Follow up with any situations that may require additional information or help from either the student supervisors or Coordinator

Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in BPO, tele calling, counsellor field
• Preferable candidates residing in Siliguri
• Effective communication skill and time management skill
• Should speak English with Bengali or English with Nepali

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹9,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
