Full Job Description

• The candidate must possess strong business development skills and effective communication skill.

• The candidate is expected to generate leads and meet students / parents and guide them about different courses, its benefits and thus convert them into admission with our college.

• He/she is expected to create channel partners who have strong connections with the students from the respective areas for us from the area assigned to him/her.

• He/she has to submit the daily EOD, weekly and monthly reports.

• Work mode will be hybrid ( work from home and 2 days work from office in Siliguri )

• Base Salary 15,000 per month ; earning capacity can go upto 50,000 ( incentives)

Requirement

1- 2 year of experience in business development or academic counsellor field

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree is required

• Lead generation & sales 1 year preferred

• Should posses excellent communication skill and convincing skill

• Candidates preferable from Sikkim / Dooars / Jalpaiguri / Coochbehar locations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
