Professor Job Description

We are looking for a well-organized, resourceful assistant professors to teach subjects such as tourism management and airlines management in BBA Airlines and Tourism Management as per the course assigned by BAOU affiliated by BAOU running in the name of Asia Pacific Institute of Management.

Professor Responsibilities:
· Developing curricular and delivering course material.

· Conducting research, fieldwork, and investigations, and writing up reports.

· Publishing research, attending conferences, delivering presentations, and networking with others in the field.

· Providing training and mentoring to students as per BAOU Training norms.

· Arrangements of guest lectures, Seminars, workshops etc. for students.

· Marketing and Admissions duties.

Professor Requirements:
· MBA in Tourism management / Preferred (PH.D. in the relevant field)

· 2-5 years of experience teaching in an academic setting.

· Published articles and proven experience as an academic.

· Strong teaching and mentoring skills.

· Excellent presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.

· A sound understanding of and passion for subject matter.

· A growth mindset and excellent networking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
