Roles and Responsibilities
To train and develop CCEs as required by operations and inline with quality department.
Able to deliver maximum throughput in each Training batch
Should be able to establish relationship with operations team and clients to receive feedback on Training and delivery.
Ability to interact with clients and represent training function at an process level.
Identify Training Need, handling client escalations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent English and Hindi Communication Skills
3+ years of experience in Process Training
Experience in Soft Skills program
