• Conducting the SMIP (Induction) Training for the Newly Joined ASM/SM in the Company
• Preparing the Monthly training calendar for the Clusters and arranging the training for the needed sales people and advisors.
• Organizing the 50 hrs Training Program for IRDA Licensing of Advisors
• Regularly arranging Product refresher training Programs for them
• Conducting on the job training for the ASM/SM and Financial advisors
