AM Training Sales Campaign
Description
What will you do?
You will be training of team of 16-18 Senior Sales Associate who would be doing outbound/inbound voice sales and
support calls to customers based out of Canada.. They need to discuss the opportunities of adding new products to
their existing accounts with us or resolve their queries in an Inbound scenario and upsell, if available.
You would be required to train the associates on these products and processes through classroom training. You would
also be responsible for supporting them during their nesting stage.
• Ensure timely and effective new hire training on specific Products & Processes and soft skills
• Execute training plans as per business requirements.
• Evaluate performance of the batch and conduct refreshers when required
• Implement the training curriculum successfully and in a timely manner
• Define current skill levels through skill assessments and improvement. Provide ongoing program support (on
floor support as and when required).
• Establish a process for incorporating feedback into future program / module development.
• Measure and ensure trainer effectiveness is always on an upward trend.
• Provide attendance reports and trainee assessments regarding training activities as requested by the client
(typically at the end of every new agent training class).
• Participate in calibration sessions with the team ensure that the training calendar is followed as per target and
is in sync with business objectives.
• Conduct a training needs analysis through interactions with other functions, one-on-ones and other diagnostic
tools to organize training for the target groups
• Implement course content for client specific issues based on analysis from production floor (may include but is
not limited to: Customer Satisfaction (VOC), peer feedback, call monitoring, etc.) • Comply with company policies and procedures, including Information Security
What we seek in the incumbent:
• Excellent Communication both in spoken and written
• Prior experience in product training for international processes in a BPO
• Prior experience in training delivery and class management of 15-20 agents
• Mentoring and Coaching Skills
• Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units
• Strong interpersonal and influence management skills and ability to work with other functions and senior
management and Customers
• Should be a good team player with positive attitude.
• Able to work under pressure and tight timelines.
• Willing to learn and take initiatives for further improvements
• Should be adaptable to change
• Willing to work in evening/night shift (ending at 5AM-7AM IST)
