Job Description

Experience: 6 to 12 yrs
Domain: Education
Designation : General Manager/Senior Manager (based on experience)
Job Location: Chennai Strongly preferred with travel for about 10 days a month. Other locations can be considered.
Expectations : Expertise in IT Implementation in India (Education Field is a strong Plus)
Experience in Senior Management Handling
Experience in Handling a team size of 30 in the IT field or worked as a Professor/Assistant Professor with experience in managing IT implementations in an Educational Institution
Excellent Communication Skills
A go-getter with the ability to travel as needed to manage the implementations to ensure customer satisfaction (Majority of the travel within India and some International)

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 30 to 50 resources to deliver the implementation and support services for 200 customers
Run the implementation and support processes as per defined processes. Evolve and improve the processes
Get Milestone Sign offs in a timely manner on the implementation and support
Ensure Accounts Receivable is efficient and achieved as per the Invoicing Schedule
