Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Science Teacher, based in Chennai. The Science Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans in alignment with the curriculum, fostering a deep understanding of scientific concepts. Daily tasks will include teaching Physics and related subjects, incorporating interdisciplinary elements like Mathematics to enhance comprehension, and evaluating students’ academic progress. The role also includes contributing to the continuous development of innovative teaching strategies and inspiring curiosity and critical thinking in students.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Science Education
- Experience in Lesson Planning and developing stimulating, learner-focused teaching materials
- Possession of relevant teaching qualifications and certification
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching with the ability to inspire and engage young learners
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field
- Experience in modern, experiential teaching methods is a plus
